We will no longer be selling pork by the piece. We are now selling pork through our CSA share program as listed below.

The CSA Share prices are calculated by Price per Pound X Hanging weight + Processing (Cut/Wrap/Butcher) costs.

Approximate finished weights will vary from animal to animal depending on fat, trim etc.

Processing costs shown are estimates and will vary depending on cutting instructions. (bone in or boneless, fancy cuts etc.)

Shipping costs will be calculated at time of order.

We will promptly review your order and check our stock, then contact you to confirm your order, shipping and payment information.

Once payment is received, we will pack your order in special insulated shipping boxes (or make arrangements for local delivery or pick up) and ship your order by 2nd day UPS or FedEx.
