By The Piece Price includes all processing and butcher costs. The order will not be processed until we have reviewed it and checked our stock. If we cannot fill the order, we will promptly contact you and let you know.

Prices are calculated by Price per Pound X Actual Hanging Weight + Cut/Wrap/Butcher costs.

Finished weights listed may vary depending on dry aging variables and cutting instructions.

Shipping costs will be calculated at time of order.

We will promptly review your order and check our stock, then contact you to confirm your order, shipping and payment information.
