We have some pretty firm processing dates for our grass fed beef and pastured pork CSA shares scheduled through the middle of summer. See table below.

The exciting news is that we will be processing 4 SPECIAL RESERVE beeves this year. Dry aged a minimum of 4 weeks to deliver fantastic flavor and incredible tenderness, beef like this is very hard to find.

Dry aged 4 weeks.

Dry aging. That's what sets our grass fed/grass finished meat apart from other's.

Our standard beef is aged a minimum of 21 days. Good things take time and while the finished weight is slightly less, we think you will find the delicious flavor worth the wait.

The only thing better than our standard 21 day aged beef is our SPECIAL RESERVE BEEF, dry aged a minimum of 28 days.

The Jupille Ranch is a family owned and operated ranch located in southwest Colorado, dedicated to providing gourmet quality grass-fed beef, lamb and natural pastured pork raised the old fashioned way.

Our animals are grass fed and grass finished without antibiotics, pesticides, hormones, growth implants, animal by-products, or steroids. Our heritage breed Tamworth pigs are allowed to pasture with the cattle or sheep.

We raise our animals as nature intended. We personally feed and care for them each day providing them a natural diet and plenty of room to roam.

We believe that consumers should have a good understanding of the relationship between the food they eat and how it was produced.
